Crystal Garden Sculptures

From wandering around a peaceful garden and catching up with a friend over a slice of cake, to reconnecting with nature and finding inspiration – garden visiting offers the perfect opportunity to escape from a busy life. Spending an hour or two wandering around a truly beautiful meditative garden that has been lovingly cultivated by its owners is incredibly restorative and rivals any other act of self-care that is commonly promoted.

In June 2018, Solid Air Sculpture had the opportunity of a guest appearance as part of an NGS Open Gardens charity event in a seafront home in Seasalter.

The National Open Garden Scheme isn’t just about opening beautiful gardens for charity – they are very much passionate about it’s physical and mental health benefits. Visiting a National Garden Scheme garden is thus a wonderful thing when looking to de-stress and get away from it all….

On that day, we introduced a selection of unique crystal designs to the approx. 800 people who came and experienced first hand how gardens can positively impact people’s health & wellbeing. It was great fun and the artwork was extremely well received – it  showed the true joy that gardening can provide for people.

85% say garden visiting is good for the soul!

Research conducted by the National Garden Scheme has revealed that visiting a garden has a….

  • positive impact on their mental wellbeing
  • people feel happier after visiting than before
  • experience a visit as calming
  • see it as enjoyable way to spend time with loved ones
  • it aids creativity and gives you that feel-good factor
  •   it helps you learn about plants and flowers

With tactile crystal pyramids and Orgonites around you, who focus the Earth’s magnetism and magnify energy, you can generate negative ions and harmonize your garden, as well as repair the cells of any living organisms. By using these metaphysical tools, you can support people’s wellbeing while simultaneously contributing to lush and healthy plant growth.

In 2018 The National Garden Scheme gave £296,000 of the total £3.1 million charitable donations to gardens and health-related projects, such as sensory gardens for adults with disabilities, or  therapeutic gardens in community centres and specialist NHS cancer hospitals.

Solid Air Sculpture is currently preparing for an exhibition on Sunday, 19th May 2019 in a friend’s garden on the seafront in Whitstable.

She would love to finish her larger pieces and create new ones, but severely lacks the funds to achieve that. Anyone who wants to help her can do so by donating at:
